It isn't an overstatement to say it has year-round mountain views to die for. It is easily accessible in any vehicle. With three spacious bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms downstairs with a downstairs full bathroom, and a king master bedroom upstairs with its own spacious bathroom and private balcony, everyone will have their own comfortable space. Additionally, there is a loft area with a convenient half bath, complete with a daybed and trundle. For entertainment, there are two TVs with cable, one in the 50-inch Smart TV in the den and another in the master bedroom. The cabin is Wi-Fi ready and has strong cell phone signals. The fully stocked kitchen ensures that all your cooking needs are taken care of, allowing you to enjoy meals in the comfort of the cabin. Additionally, it has a woodburning fireplace for your enjoyment. Outside, the cabin boasts an oversized deck with ample seating options, an outdoor table and chairs, a large charcoal grill, and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of activities. There is plenty of room to roam on the property along with an outdoor firepit to enjoy friendship and smores. This beautiful mountain cabin offers the opportunity for you to let all your cares wash away whether it be for a romantic get-away, a wonderful family experience, or a time with friends. Just fifteen minutes from Blue Ridge, GA, Bearfoot Cabin is sitting at 2,200 ft. with year-round viewing of the peaks and valleys of Rich Mountain Wilderness at 4,100 ft. This cabin was built in 2014 and stands out in comparison to other cabins regarding comfort and layout, location, mountain views, and meticulous thought with regard to decor and is always clean. The road is paved all the way to our cabin making it easily accessible in any vehicle. We like to say, "so close, yet so far away!" While you are only minutes away from Blue Ridge and Ellijay, GA., as you drive to the cabin, you will discover a whole new world. While you are here, don't miss the incredible outdoor experiences, browsing and shopping in Blue Ridge or Ellijay just minutes away, or enjoy some of the finest dining experiences in the south. Hiking is at your backdoor as the Benton McKaye Trail, a feeder trail for the Appalachian Trail, literally runs throughout community. Enjoy fishing in the community on one of its many small lakes. Within twenty-five minutes you can enjoy the outdoor experiences within the Aska Adventure Area including hiking, waterfalls, and tubing. If you enjoy lakes, don't miss Blue Ridge Lake moments away. If you are in for a hardy rafting experience, the Ocoee is less than an hour. Séjour de 5 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### John H. 22 déc. 2025 Points forts : Propreté The purpose of my trip was to spend a few days alone hiking the North GA trails to decompress from a busy work schedule. The cabin was perfect size for me. Master bed was comfortable and the wood burning fireplace allowed for good unwinding after spending the days on the trails.The only thing keeping me from giving this stay 5-Stars was that the hot tub gave me a rash the only time I got in it (which can happen anywhere at anytime). Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect and I would definitely consider rebooking this cabin on my next trip to the Elijay/Blue Ridge area. ##### John H. The view was outstanding even from inside which was great as it was quite cold and windy. My wife loves seeing deer and she was able to do this daily. Cabin was close to town and the road for the most part was paved. The location is close enough to conveniences to feel connected to resources and far enough way to feel connected with nature. The view was remarkable and offered an incredible opportunity to commune with the mountains. We enjoyed daily morning coffee on the master balcony and gratitude meditations. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and enjoy the pleasant warmth of the house. And the jacuzzi was heaven after our long hikes to the nearby waterfalls and walks on the Appalachian Trail. And I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Matt, and his clear, consistent, and expeditious communication. Simply everything!
