    We take the safety and security of our guests and properties seriously. To help prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure a secure stay, all guests are required to complete our online hotel-style check-in process before arrival.

    - Upload a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.

    - Select one of the following options for property protection:

    1. Damage Waiver – A one-time $30, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage and mishaps.

    2. Refundable $500 Security Deposit Hold – A temporary authorization hold that is released 3 - 5 business days after the stay, provided there is no eligible damage or violation of the rental terms.

Beautiful Room

The suite was decorated nicely, the bed was comfortable, and had a large bathroom. The covered deck was so enjoyable in the evenings. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a great time in Blue Ridge and this hotel was right in the middle of it all. Great location and the room was great, too. It had all we needed for our stay there. The only detractor was the low water pressure in the shower. To be fair, we never mentioned it to the management during our stay. With that said, we’ll stay there again the next time we get back to Blue Ridge.

Very convenient to the downtown area

The suite was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We were able to park the car in one of the three included spaces and did not have to move it until it was time to leave as it was easy to walk where ever we wished to go. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Great Location!

The location is absolutely ideal. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and stores. The room itself was great. Clean, comfortable bed, enough space for a weekend get away. The bathroom is a little dated, the shower had very low water pressure, minor details. Parking was an issue. Anyone can park in the assigned spots since you aren't registering your car. We parked across the street and got a ticket. We would stay here again, given the location and ease of check in and out.

Our visit was wonderful the location of the building was great for walking to all the food and downtown attractions. The room was very clean and had everything you would need . My only dislike was the mattress on the bed it was extremely firm.

Great location and property. There were 2 things worth noting. The property shows a roof top deck. Which is great but if you are coming for a romantic getaway you may want to have some wine on the rooftop, however, there is no wine opener or wine glasses. Also, black out curtains would also be nice as one of the windows faces east so when the sun comes up the room is very bright. That being said we would stay there again.

No view Room was freezing, no way to control thermostat My husband stated, let's don't stay here again. I couldn't tell where the noise around 1:00 am was coming from and started up again at 6:30 am. The meal in the dining room was good, the service was good
