You’ll love spending time outside on the multiple decks and gazebo with a porch swing. If you want to explore by water, you can tie your boat to the dock and then spend the evening grilling out and roasting marshmallows over the firepit. Inside, you’ll find two levels of living space and comfortable, lake-themed decor. The full, well-equipped kitchen will keep everyone fed, and there’s plenty of mealtime seating between two tables. Living spaces both upstairs and down feature streaming-capable TVs, and downstairs you’ll also find a pool table with a Ping-Pong table topper. If you head out to explore, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, hiking trails, OHV trails, golf, waterfalls, and state parks surround you. Spend the evening at home playing a board game, uploading the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi, or just relaxing outside while the stars come out. The TVA begins to draw down the water levels of Lake Nottely after Labor Day weekend; the water levels increase again in April. Dock details: Guests may tie their own boat to the sides of the dock. The owner's boat is not available for use. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The smell was so bad we couldn't even use the whole downstairs. The management company has not even apologized and we were not offered any type of refund even though we barely used half of the house. I would NEVER stay here again. We rent vacation homes 4-5 times a year and this is my first time leaving a negative review. The house is cute and small and has great views but the smell was so overwhelming it even smelled outside. Save your money and rent somewhere else. ##### Mimi P.
