Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. « DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

« Lovely location, nice cosy space for our family of three. Good kitchen facilities and ideal for our mini adventure in Drumnadrochit. Decor is a wee bit tired in the bedrooms and bathroom but the kitchen is fantastic with the fridge, freezer and induction hob. I was extra prepared and had brought my own tea and coffee but the host had very kindly provided these as well as coffee pods and even had ice in the freezer for us - caramel wafers were very much appreciated! « We had a fabulous weekend at the cabin. Everything you needed and the fire made it so cosy! Some of the kitchen utensils and crockery were dirty. It is confusing having the cabin named but it is labelled as a number. »
