« the toilet handle broke off, that was a nuisance. just went to the front desk and someone came back and got it back on. had to be careful the rest of the trip. Not a huge problem. friendly staff.
Had hot coffee and hot water on demand in a machine (along with other quick grab food), next to the check in desk.
outdoor pool wasn't terrible. kids got in without complaints.

« I was very impressed with every until i went to sleep. I was in a room directly over the lobby. Every time the sliding door opened, I heard it. Between the slamming of doors, and the lobby door, I woke up constantly throughout the night. When I checked out, the girl at the desk said she couldn't give me a receipt because I had booked online. I book online whenever I travel, and have always been able to get a receipt. I still don't know how much I was charged for my room. »
