The only issue we encountered was actually prior to our arrival in which we reached out to the host twice with a question on the VRBO site and did not receive a response either time. Fortunately the question was not a big issue and did not impact our stay whatsoever. »

« The host, Scott. He was kind enough to drive 2 hours to scrap off the snow/ice so we could get down the hill to the condo. I had just had outpatient back surgery so we would have had to drive back to Fort Smith. And everything we needed he was prompt & has a great personality. »
