As you enter the condo, you’ll find the elegantly designed bedroom to the right. The gold, taupe and pale blue soothing tones and a plush, premium-mattress King-sized bed guarantee a night of peaceful slumber. While you’ll likely be spending most of your time enjoying the incredible views from the patio, spending time out on the water or checking out all that the area has to offer—this bedroom makes the ideal place to retire and recharge, so you can wake up and do it all over again. Take advantage of a private boat slip (for a fee of $100/day) and make the most of the onsite boat launch (gate clicker needed to access the ramp is stored in a white box on the fireplace mantle. Please take extra care not to lose the gate opener as there is a $100 replacement fee). With direct water access, the recreational and relaxation options are endless! Assigned parking space (1 vehicle), guest parking space (1 vehicle), boat/trailer parking allowed on-site. There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine. ESA and support animals are allowed by law, ESAs will have a $500 pet fee. It was our first time to travel there. The porch is a fantastic place to relax and do some serious porch sitting. The host was very responsive.
