"Bastide du Biot is a lovely friendly small hotel. It’s an excellent base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The only downside is as it’s a small hotel there are no food or drink available after 8pm. However there are lots of local restaurants and supermarkets "

Best to have a rental car or take uber but location ensures a quieter stay away from the tourist crowds & late night obnoxious party goers. Short drive or uber to major attractions in Antibes , and an excellent base for FR as a whole.

"The room should have definitely been checked before our arrival, as the shower was broken and very difficult to use, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner."

"The service was great and so was everything about the room, the bed, the bathroom, and all was clean.
I was missing a few more power sockets, especially next to the bed, and the room was tiny.

"Nice like hotel to stay for a couple of nights, you need to be Open minded to know that your toilet and shower are down the hall, you only have a sink...you can book a room with private bath but it will be more highly price....but still good hotel for the price"
"The property is well located with a bus stop right outside from where you can easily get around. It’s easy to access from the train station. The pools are lovely and the view from the rooftop pool is great. Views from the rooms is very dependent on what side of the building you are on and which end. A few rooms have sea views but not many. If you were on the side where the construction works are ongoing it would have been a very different stay and we wouldn’t have enjoyed it. The sofabed was very comfortable and easy to open out and put away. The bunk beds weren’t in their own room but in the narrow hallway when you enter the room which means you can’t access the bathroom and toilet without waking up the people in the bunks. The pillows were yellow and dirty when we took the covers off at the end of our stay. Communication before we arrived was very poor. No replies to any of our messages and hotels.com also said they couldn’t get any response from the property before we travelled. "
