This multi-story home is part of the Experience Montana Cabins, a inviting cabin community gorgeously set in the outskirts of Bigfork. It's Montana at its finest, as the area is a haven for hiking, fishing, boating, and taking in the splendor of nature. Within a short and scenic drive, you can fish the Swan River (five miles), peruse the art galleries in Bigfork (11 miles), fish or swim in pristine Flathead Lake (11 miles), and explore the majesty of Glacier National Park (49 miles). This cabin has much in common with its namesake - a symbol of nature's beauty that seems to float up above the trees. And it's not just from the covered decks that you'll enjoy the spectacular scene, with large, generous windows found throughout the 1,500-square-foot living space. Each room feels full of natural light, beginning with the well-equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and sunken breakfast bar. There's ample space to gather between the window-lined living room on the main floor and the fantastic den upstairs, each equipped with a smart TV for movie nights. Seamlessly blending into the traditional ambience are such modern touches as complimentary WiFi to keep you connected. In the evenings, choose between one quiet bedroom on the main floor and two more upstairs. Things to Know The other eight Experience Montana Cabins are available to rent individually; large groups can also rent all nine together. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Our Stay in Hummingbird #6: Visit Montana Cabins First, let me apologize…this is going to be long. I only hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Vrbo to honor their “Book with confidence guarantee.” Let me start by saying that the cabin is lovely. The views are incredible! We would have enjoyed our stay had we received some help when we first arrived. Unfortunately, Vrbo misrepresented the amenities. We spent over 4 hours on the phone one day, trying to resolve the situation, finally asking to be relocated, because the missing amenities were vital to our trip (gas grill, laundry, fire pit). We were told that these were minor, and weren’t covered under their “missing amenities” relocation policy. The local team took 7 days to respond to our daily requests for assistance….
