"We stayed one night on a Friday with check out Saturday. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a must and it worked out well for us. Close to The Wooden Spoon cafe and their breakfast was fast and delicious. Would stay here again for sure"

"The only bad thing that happened to us was at check-in. We told the gentleman not to charge us for parking because we had already parked somewhere else. He told us it was no problem and that he would only charge the 30 property fee. Well, when we were leaving we realized that he had also charged us for parking."

"I realize I am a hard sell. The suite we were in was nice and well taken care of. Need to upgrade bath towels though. We were in the signature suite and when you were on the balcony all you could see was the lot next to Rainbow that was full of garbage. A 10-minute sweep could take care of that. Also, lots of "stuff" in the parking area that should be removed, i.e. boxes with things in them and an old boat. We enjoyed their breakfast. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay and we would go back...

"Neat little spot in the central Keys! The grounds and layout of Captain Pips make you feel like you’re staying at a little resort! The several small buildings that house the rooms are colourful and have nice landscaping. I had some concerns the local restaurant (Porkys?) would be a dive bar, but we actually shared a great dinner and breakfast by the water there, really liked it for our family’s food needs. And the kids fed fish and saw a manatee in the harbour out front. The only down side is...
