"Our stay was okay overall. The hotel was under renovation, so we were assigned a handicap-accessible room. Check-in was easy, the location was convenient, and we appreciated that coffee was available at all times. We also appreciated that they welcomed our dog, Lola, for a reasonable $25 pet fee. The accessible room wasn’t the best fit for us. The bed was right next to the air conditioner, which made it uncomfortable for my husband, and the bathroom had only a wall-mounted sink with a small table beside it, leaving very little space for toiletries. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was pleasant."

"The only reason I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 was because they seem to be in the middle of renovations. The rooms my family had were very nicely redone, but they are not done with the lobby and hallways. The property was clean and the staff were very professional. Unfortunately, we arrived before check in time after a harrowing time getting to the hotel, (the car broke down several times) and they would not let us check in without paying $35 early check in fee per room. We couldn't afford that, our budget was tight. So, we had to find a place to kill several hours for free. I was upset about this and became a little ignorant. The staff took it in stride and remained professional. Kudos to them. The A/C worked well enough, but I think they have a master override, because I kept waking up uncomfortable and when I would check the thermostat it was turned up from where I had it set. I know they didn't come into the room and change it. There was not breakfast available. Also, my hair got sucked into the back of the little hair drier and I had to rip my hair to get it out. Then while I was using it the hair drier fell off the wall and into the sink. Thank goodness the water wasn't running. Overall, you get what you pay for."
