"Quick one night visit to Ormond Beach. It was a holiday weekend so the hotel was full. The staff was on top of everything:) very accommodating. All was ok!"

"No room cleaning while staring,staff ok, beach view good, ac not working had to replace it, hot tub had baby’s in it with diapers on and was used like a kidded pool, had to closed for 24hour, they should be restricted to 12 and older to keep safe for guests . Still under construction guest should be aware about that."

"One of our favorite places to visit. But I am worried that this beautiful resort is failing. Staff was kind and gracious. But nothing done to fix maintenance issues. Nighty visits from raccoons in the room. No one showed to fix the hole in the ceiling that they were coming through. Dryer was a fire hazard. Reported but no one showed up to do anything about it. Still an active fire hazard when we left. It just needed someone to show up and disable the unit so it couldn’t be used. Never happened. "

"Great stay with my dog. Walkable to beach and many small businesses. Be aware that Flagler Beach has specific areas where leashed pets are allowed on the beach. Also be aware of hotel pet limitations. At the time of my booking, only the deluxe rooms allowed pets. So in addition to the pet fee, you have to select a more expensive deluxe room. In the room descriptions, "pets allowed" will be listed under amenities of the individual room type on hotels.com."

"Very clean budget friendly hotel that was very welcoming to my large mastiff and cat, as well as the humans in the party. Would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget with pets. Free 24-hour coffee was a definite plus"
