The shuttle bus took us into vernazza each morning and brought us back early each evening (taxi available after approx 7 pm if you miss the last shuttle). Julia was very responsive to communications. "This is a lovely little apartment. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach...

"We loved everything about this lovely home from home. The location was perfect and so peaceful, the host met us nearby and explained everything fully. "This hotel is very convenient to the La Spezia train station at around 100 yards from the exit. If you are using La Spezia Sa hub to visit Cinque Terra and Pisa this hotel is perfectly located. You can walk too many restaurants but don’t have to lug your bags deep into the city upon arrival. We had a room with a king bed on the ground floor but it wasn’t noisy at all. The property has invested in very good windows to keep nose way down. Our room was very modern and clean and quite spacious....
