"Started 3 nights sitting break 2026. Great place! Perfect location. Great parking- yes you have to pay, so what. Great rooms with big bath, big bedrooms and a hallway to living/kitchen. Baiting is good enough. Would be better if there was a continental breakfast. I would recommend and stay again anytime. "

"Excellent breakfast make your own waffles, hot egg and potatoes and sausages, staff was very helpful and attentive. excellent views even the ‘partial ocean view’ rooms. A great value in terms of location, size and accommodations. Only complaints were the construction going on, the hottub was down, there’s no shade or umbrellas by the pool, and the floors in the rooms need a serious deep clean, other than that it was perfect getaway and would be glad to stay here again."

"Our room had a big noisy AC handler that woke us up every time is kicked on and our toilet ran intermittently. There was NO MENTION any where on the email or property details about a $10 parking fee. Online it says SELF PARK. I brought this up and the young gal at the desk told me “well it’s in there somewhere” and I showed her my reservation and confirmation. NOT MENTIONED. I brought up the fact my husband is 100% DAV and has a permanent handicapped parking placard, and in the state of Florida 100% handicapped individuals do not have to park. I stead of telling me it was private property, and therefore everyone is charged, she got snotty and said “we don’t take cash.” So that was our checkin. We won’t return. We were hoping to find a new spot in NSB, but we’ll go back to ORMOND Beach and stay at THE COVE where they remember us AND treat us like owners."

"Room was spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchenette minus a coffee maker. Staff was friendly and professional. Beautiful view with plenty of windows and nice balcony to enjoy the view. BUT dont tell the pictures of the outdoor bar fool you it is not in operation. Would definitely return"

"We stay one night. The room was really clean. Check in was easy. The view of the beach was amazing. The pool area was clean access the beach was very good. This is an older motel so you shouldn't think it will be perfect. I would stay again and hope I get a chance to return. My husband and I stay in room 135."

"This is the first Hyatt that we have been completely disappointed in. One of the elevators was not working, the ice machines were broken, the rooms were not kept up and the entire hotel looked very dumpy. "
