"The bathroom was poorly updated. Cracked tile, jagged tile, black paint overspray on the wall, the door is at an angle and hard to get into the room, I smashed my hand and the sliding bathroom door which is inches from the door when opened. The dryer didn’t work well and spent $4.00 extra to get them dry, even then, they weren’t dry. I ended up staying up until 12:30 trying to dry clothes. I don’t recommend this hotel."

"Check in was not good, front desk girl was not as friendly as I would expect. And also, all of the front desk trolleys were taken up with boxes and supplies for the hotel. The front desk clerk told me I needed to go up to one of the upper floors and get my own trolley. Or she told me that she would unload one but it would take a while because she was the only one there. The lady before me just unloaded the boxes from one of the trolleys and took it. Then when we got to our room the hallway carpet was atrociously dirty and needs to be replaced, there were holes and spots. In our room the tub also had patches missing inside the tub , along with the furniture being scratched up and missing corners. We chose this hotel because it had an 8+ rating, but there is no way I would give it that rating, it was more like a 6. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I didn't want other people choosing this hotel because of the rating that does not line up with the hotel."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Reasonably close to town and restaurants, but surrounded by apartments. Breakfast was just hostess donuts/other prepacked items, so don't expect anything healthy or luxuriant for breakfast."
