Cambria's Country Cottage - the perfect getaway

10/10 Excellent

"Clean and comfortable. Good location for access to Montpelier. Hosts were great to respond and did everything they could to make our stay pleasurable."

Group Vacation Spot with Private Beach Access, Pool, Hot Tub, and Indoor Slides

10/10 Excellent

"Delightful time for our family—the view of Bear Lake! Tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The slide was a constant source of joy! The Idaho side of Bear Lake and its surroundings are restful and calm. We loved the short drive to the two pools and hot tub, a place everyone delighted in!We loved sitting outside in the evenings and watching the children play during the day (they loved the playground). The barely noticeable fence kept them safe in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The deck was an extension of the home. We were so pleased with the two kitchen tables (and the side station with benches). We dined together comfortably! Two fridges, dishwashers, and washers and dryers were incredibly helpful! With three floors, each family could have a private space. We were so pleased with our stay and would love, love, love to return."

Hidden Chateau | Idaho's Largest Vacation Rental | 13BR Sleeps 52 | Private Beach, Pools & Theater

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic Home for a Family Reunion! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our family reunion included 29 adults and kids, and this home was the perfect place to bring everyone together and create lasting memories. From start to finish, the host was outstanding. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses, clear instructions, and a genuine commitment to making sure we had a great experience. The house itself was fantastic! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and in excellent condition. The scenery was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. Everything about the property made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.Accommodating a group of 29 is no small task, but this property was a wonderful fit for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home, breathtaking scenery, and an exceptional host. Five stars all around!"

Luxury Family Reunion Vacation Home with Magnificent Lake Views & Private Beach

10/10 Excellent

"We housed a wedding couples immediate family at the house and had a wedding ceremony and reception in the yard overlooking Bear Lake. The house, grounds, other facilities (club house, beach access) were exactly as described and perfect for our stay. The house was thoughtfully well stocked and worked out great. I would highly recommend."

Luxury lakeview cabin w/hot tub, pool, sports courts, pickleball, private beach!

10/10 Excellent

"This was a perfect property for our family gathering. There were so many beds and the kids loved the extras (NASA bunk, look out, bean bag chairs, game tables, etc). The house was well stocked and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The club house and pool were grate and the private beach was very nice. Check out at 10 was hard with a large group but I get it with needing to turn over and clean for the next group. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this property again!"

NEW! Park Place Bear Lake - Luxury Family Reunions with Pool & Beach Access

10/10 Excellent

"Took our kids and grandkids, 25 in all. The ages of the kids were from 1-17. Cannot recommend this place more, it was better than what I expected, and we all had a wonderful time. If we had any questions, we got a reply within a short amount of time."

Bear Country Cabins: Sleeps 70, 16 Cabins, Hot Tub, & Pet Friendly!

10/10 Excellent

"We have a very large family, with lots of children. This property was great for us. The individual cabins meant that each family was able to have private space to manage nap schedules and take breaks. The green space was the site of many games of capture the flag or tag. The central "lodge" provided good gathering space for the full group. Since we do most of our own cooking, we appreciated the large double refrigerators. The kitchen was well-equipped. The property is not perfect--there are small things that could be fixed. However, when we did have issues, the property management team was prompt in their response. In fact, communication was a highlight, and the team did appear focused on making sure that our stay was comfortable. Unlike some properties, there was an adequate supply of basics like toilet paper and paper towels (not a "starter pack"--enough to get us through the week-long stay). The property served as a good "home base for lots of lake time and exploring in the surrounding mountain canyons. The location of the property allowed for lots of walks through quiet neighborhoods. So, if you have a large group--we would strongly recommend a stay!"
