"The Moose property is ideal for large families and varied age groups.We had 10 grandchildren and 9 adults. The house has something for everyone: playroom for the littles, movie theater for all, a garage filled with foosball, bags game, ping pong, huge connect four game, and riding toys for littles.pickleball on the drive. The basketball court was used for games and musical productions from the grands.The neighborhood pool and beach were easily accessible too.The house was nicely set up with ample seating for dining and areas to relax. Bedrooms were well portioned and bedding was comfortable. If you come, be ready to enjoy your time, the view of Bear Lake, and have fun in Garden City or Montepelier. "

"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities. Highly recommend this place for any large group. If we were to do another family reunion in the Bear Lake area we would come back. "

"Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which got our trip off to a great start. The kitchen was excellent—well-stocked, clean, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.We loved the clubhouse, especially the two pools that our grandchildren absolutely enjoyed. The private beach was nearby and easy to access, adding to the convenience and relaxation of our stay.Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!"

"Words cannot describe how beautiful this house is! Check I. Was so easy. The kitchen has everything you need and is well stocked!! There were 10 of us and we had such a great time! The view from the deck is stunning and the sunrises were spectacular!! The owners were in contact with us to make sure everything was good and gave really cool ideas for things to do!! Highly recommend staying here!!"
"We are repeat customers! The best place for family reunions. Plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite part is the big grassy shaded front lawn with beach access. We launch our boats and jetskis on day one at the north beach launch and keep them in the water right in from of the rental property. Bring your anchors! It makes for such easy access and fun. Plenty of onsite parking for the boat trailers. We LOVE the reserved beach area just for our group. It surely makes a difference. It makes for a fun filled watery paradise. Can’t wait for next year!"
