"The age of the hotel is beginning to show. Staff was short especially for dinning. Staff was friendly. Outside of the facility was dirty. Obvious signs of vehicle abandonment throughout the facility. Cost of party was high and the daily rate was not told to us until we checked out. "

"I really liked this hotel. Biggest walk in closet I’ve ever seen at a hotel, which made it nice bc we could store our suitcases in the closet and out of the way. My only complaint is that the walls are kind of thin. We could hear someone’s tv on in the early morning/talking outside our door. "

"I have stayed in other Fairmont properties and San Francisco did not disappoint. Staff was lovely and the room was fantastic - wish we could have stayed longer!"
