"We loved the convenient location. The breakfast and happy hour were very nice. When we arrived our room was not ready and we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We decided to go visit friends, which was good since it took another 2 hours before our room was available. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us free parking for the inconvenience. One negative was when we went to the pool in the morning all the old towels from the day before were scattered around the pool and on chairs. We had to notify the front desk and 30 minutes later an employee came with new towels and picked up the used towel that had been placed in the return container, but they didn't pick up the used ones scattered around the pool."

"We really enjoyed our stay as we have stayed there several times in the past month however when we went down to grab breakfast there were no more potatoes or muffins and when we asked for more the guy said it was too close to breakfast being over so basically too bad and to come earlier next time which was sad. After the 3 of us arrived for breakfast about 5 others came in and also were upset to find no potatoes or muffins. We got to breakfast around 910-915 and breakfast ends at 930. We have never had a problem with food in the past visits so this left a sour taste in my mouth."

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a strong sewer-like odor throughout my visit, which significantly affected my comfort. When I reported the issue, the resolution process was frustrating and time-consuming. I had to speak with three different staff members before a satisfactory solution was provided. Additionally, I felt that guests who do not book premium-tier rooms are not treated with the same level of courtesy and attention. Customer service should be consistent regardless of room category. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations."
