As a disabled senior in a wheelchair, I appreciated her making sure I had an ADA accessible room and extra help with my luggage and accommodations. Braxton at Otto was super attentive and very respectful on the occasions he waited on me. I will definitely use Kissell Uptown again."

"When I checked in I inadvertently left my sunglasses on the check in counter. Would have been nice if clerk had been more alert and have let me know or inquired. But all good, next day wife went check-in counter and there they were. Other than that all good."

"Located between SF and Berkley. Easy access to interstate. Nice view of bay bridge, SF downtown, far way golden bridge. Nice sunset view from hotel room. Trader Joe and restaurants near by. Breakfast was OK. Staff were great. Overall, great experience. "
