The dining room seats 10 with an added breakfast nook with seating for 4\. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are nicely separated for privacy, each bedroom with its own smart flat screen TV. The queen bed plus twin bunk room has access to the back deck, where you can enjoy grilling and dining outside. The king bedroom with en suite bathroom and soaking tub also has deck access, leading out to the enclosed hot tub area where you can enjoy a soak under the stars. A third bedroom is furnished with a king bed. Enjoy the 6 bikes provided on the bike trail with access to over 30 miles of paved pathways meandering through Sunriver just outside your door, and it’s only a few short steps to the paved Deschutes River trail. The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of five. The layout worked well for us, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools. We appreciated the ample supply of bath and beach towels. The rental included bikes, though all were adult-sized, so we had to rent one for our child. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool table. When we arrived, the interior felt a bit dark, but opening the shades made a big difference. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent. Check-in was seamless, and they consistently checked in via text throughout our stay. They were also very responsive to any questions we had before our arrival. Over the past 12 years, we've stayed in several homes in Sunriver, and I would rank this one among the top, primarily due to the outstanding service and cleanliness. The only downside for us was the distance from the Village, as we prefer to stay closer. However, the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the bike trail were definite pluses ##### Shannon C.
