Bend's Westside is our favorite place to live, and this house is situated perfectly to enjoy it all. With great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and groceries just a few blocks away, you can easily walk to almost anything you might need. Take a stroll along the river through drake park on your way downtown, less than a mile away! Or hop on your bike and head out to the famous Phil's trail complex, less than 4 miles away. Or head up to the mountain for great skiing or snowboarding, a short 20 mile drive. There is a Tesla wall connector available for charging in the driveway. Once you visit you will see why Bend's westside has become the most desirable part of town. We hope to see you soon!
The property has another guest house above the garage so the driveway will be shared.
