Dated but fine

This property is a bit dated but was fine for our family for a summer getaway. The location was great near the SHARC and on the trials.

The house was clean and functional. The only reason I gave our stay 4 stars was only because due to a regional forest fire/smoke we couldn't open up the house one of the nights and it rendered the upstairs room uncomfortably warm. Next time we probably would rent a home with air-conditioning. The house was fine otherwise.

I absolutely loved this house - it truly felt like being at home. It was so spacious, about the same size as our own house, which made my family feel very comfortable. With enough beds to accommodate at least eight people, it was more than enough for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the shopping mall was conveniently located less than a mile away. The surroundings were beautiful, with scenic views, green trails, and water nearby. The only minor suggestion I have is to add more adult bikes in good condition, but it wasn’t a big issue for us - we enjoyed walking and running on the trails instead. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great location

Great location. Easy walk to the SHARC and park. Clean with all supplies you could need. 3 adult size mountain bikes (10 year old made it work), 1 kid bike, bbq.

Fun times at Pac Crest Sports weekend

Another wonderful vacation in Sunriver.

Very Rustic Cabin

Older cabin with lots of room for family. Water park and pool close to the cabin for the kids, cabin supplies access cards for up to 8 people. The nearby Village has almost everything you need but a bit pricier than town stores. The nearby brewery is very nice. No A/C in the cabin, but each room has a portable fan. Kids liked the bikes that were available.

That said, it would be nice if the house sleeps a certain amount, the SHARC passes should match.

This home is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Unfortunately we were not able to stay there due to an electrical issue we discovered upon our arrival. Sunriver had experienced a storm, and half of the house was without power! The property management company was prompt to respond to our call, and within a couple of hours, they moved us to another home. They even advocated for us with the owner to allow our two dogs since the house they found for us does not usually take pets. We were very appreciative!

Relaxing Week in Sunriver

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great shape and was very clean and in a great location. The bicycles could definitely use an upgrade as there was only one small adult cruiser bike and two kids bikes. Having a knife sharpener for the extremely dull knives would be helpful, too. The screen door in the living room did not slide very well. It was challenging getting in and out to the patio.

The bathrooms were very dirty, the TV is terrible, and I picked up Trash all the way around the house. Definitely there is a lot of deferred maintenance. The 1970's called.....they would like their house back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to do a lot of time at SHARC, this is a great location - very quick and easy to get to. House had lots of beds and sleeping options, furniture was clean and comfortable. It's a good value for the price - close to SHARC, unlimited passes, easy to use. An investment of $500-$1000 dollars to replace/upgrade a few things such as: VCR/DVD combo so old it won't play new DVD's, ancient sound system that has cassette player and doesn't work at all, ancient gross broom, etc. Just a little freshening up on the owner's part would go a long way. Overall, though, very pleasant stay, and would go back to this house!

Will not stay here again .

The home was so cold due to the doors are not tight and you can see outside the bottom of the door. There is nothing that welcomes you to this home the furniture was old . Mattresses exposed and torn . We went to bed earlier just to get warm . The fireplace is nice but can’t keep up with Al the cold air going out under the doors . No thought I’d put into this home by the owners to make you comfortable .

Great location

The place was in a good location to all sunriver has to offer. We were a bit sad about the cleanliness of the place. We know we could of contacted them to clean it but we felt like them coming in would have disrupted our vacation so we cleaned it ourselves. Their were bottles from precious guests under couch, curtains, and in closets. And the top of the fridge had yellow crumbles every where. The fridge, and the rest if the kitchen was very clean. During covid 19 i think i just expected a bit of a higher standard from cthe cleaning crew. Im not sure if its an outside hire or cascara directly. But i would reccomend to find a new cleaning crew or be triple checking their work. Sunriver is great so thisq issue was quickly resolved. And enjoyed our stay.

Our family stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay - property was a walk to sharc and a short bike ride to the village - great location. The few complaints we would have is the queen beds were super uncomfortable - my husband and I after the the middle of the second night had to sleep in separate queens so we wouldn't keep waking each other up. Second the windows where all the bunk bed room is, are very unsafe for children. One was missing a screen, both were lower than the mattresses on the bed and for little children aren't the safest locations, one is aligned right next to the bed. We worked with it and had our older daughter sleep next to that one. We also had to turn the fridge up a notch on the temperature that it was at because it froze a bunch of our food. But besides those things it was a great home for the price and we made things work for us, and loved the sharc passes. Thanks so much!

Not up to Sunriver standards

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. We knew there was no air conditioning. They had plenty of fans. The kitchen and all the accessories ,or lack of,were a disappointment. They listed for bikes. Two were children's. One needed mechanical work. The grill was missing some screws. This made it very unsteady. The deck had only for outside chairs. And was very creaky. It seemed like all of the nice things about the rental had been stolen already. The place would probably be very good for a stay in the winter time. The beds were not very comfortable. All in all we made the most of our vacation.

Mixed Bag

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an older house, so we weren't expecting "all mod cons." However, when we arrived, there were crumbs all over the furniture, garbage in the decorative baskets, old water bottles and trash under the upstairs beds, and popcorn under the couch. Also, there was a note on the fridge that the temperature was NOT to be adjusted. However, it was set so cold that it froze (and ruined!) half our food that we brought with us, including our eggs (frozen solid), expensive almond milk (also frozen, which ruins it), and other things. The location was great, the deck was wonderfully peaceful, and we still had a good time. But I would not choose this rental again in future.
