"Room only, heating and lighting inadequate. Had dinner on first night, food lukewarm and almost inedible "

"OK for an overnight stay. Not the biggest room, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Breakfast was fine but better to go earlier rather than later. Didn't realise the hotel had it's own car park, but the train station car park over the road was cheap enough."

"Enjoyed our stay. Great location, parking close at hand. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. However, we found he sound proofing/ double glazing in our room to be sub standard for a city centre hotel. Our room was looking onto a busy street and didn't sleep too well due to the traffic noise and voices coming from outside. "

"All the staff were brilliant; really cheerful and helpful! Good selection of items for the buffet breakfast. Beds were really comfy; was good that the rooms came with extra pillows so that I didn’t have to ask for that separately. The hotel is in a really good location for the train and bus station. I’d probably stay here again."

"No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel. "
