"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...

"If you’re looking for a farm, stay close to the dolomites definitely consider this one. Rooms are remodeled very comfortable clean modern bathrooms with quality fixtures. There is a beautiful seating area on a hilltop adjacent to the property that offers clear dolomite views. The owner is English speaking and helpful.
