"We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been very happy. This stay was not as good, not because of the hotel, but because of the room location. We were on the 1st floor and the noise from the parking lot was really bad. Around midnight and again around 3 a.m. someone was just outside of our window and they were as loud as anyone I've ever heard in a hotel at that time of the morning. No more 1st floor stays for us."
