« Floors / carpets were not cleaned, found medication, change and food crumbs on carpet. Towels that were on tile
Floor wiped up black dirt. Spiders with webs are in the corners of the window. I was sick and had no choice while traveling but to stay a few days to try and rest. Otherwise I might have moved to another hotel. Ice machine was leaking all over the floor for days, hotel towels were piled all around the machine.

« We had such a wonderful stay! The Cozy Cottage was incredibly clean, cute, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was an amazing value for the price.
