We're in downtown, so you can walk from the front door to all of downtown Bellaire's fun, like Short's Brewery, Mammoth Distilling, BeeWell Cider etc. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from the central location.
Relax in this spacious and beautiful home, ready for your group to spread out among 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There's books and book nooks, board games with fun nights awaiting, and reclining comfy couches ready for movie night.
There's no "TO-DO" list when you check out. That's what the cleaning fee is for! Our awesome cleaners take care of everything so when it's time to check out, you don't have to worry about scrubbing the baseboards and sweeping the driveway :)

** BACKYARD AREA **
The 12 foot, Upper Peninsula handcrafted barrel sauna steals the show. It is wood-fired for a more authentic Finnish sauna experience and made with tongue and groove western red cedar that smells amazing.Come relax your mind and body by getting in the heat and sweating life's toxins out. Sauna benefits are too many to list here. All we know is you leave feeling completely rejuvenated and sleep like a baby!
The sauna includes a changing room before the larger hot room space. It has a 7 foot ceiling so even the tallest in your group can stand up. It seats 6+ at a time, and you can pour water on the rocks with bucket and ladle to create a gentle steam. There is even a tub for cold plunges if you're ready for it!
The fire pit area offers the biggest Solo Stove we could get. Once you get the fire going, it is smokeless and is a real treat to hang out at- no dodging the smoke! With adjustable adirondack chairs and string lights around the fire pit area, it's a great spot to relax between sauna sessions and hangout at the end of the day.
Last but not least the back deck itself is expansive and might be your new favorite spot. Lighting is well thought out with solar post lights and string lights along the house. There is a large and comfortable 8-seater tall dining table, complete with propane fire insert. You will love game night and drinks with friends out here. The BBQ grill always is clean and has propane stocked (extra in garage).
** THE HOUSE **
As you pull out of town and down our side street, you'll notice how peaceful our property is, surrounded by trees in it's own little private wooded space. Pull into the driveway and take a breath of that fresh Bellaire with ample parking for your group.
Enter your custom door lock code to enter the breezeway, kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. You'll walk up a couple steps into the main living quarters, with living area, dining area, and kitchen together in an open concept, newly furnished space.
The coffee bar and kitchen are fully stocked and equipped. The living room has a large smart TV with SONOS speaker system. The dining table is ready for family meals and game night. You'll see the custom photo wall with "Breathe Bellaire" sign, equipped with ring light for your friends and family pics.
The house has 4 bedrooms (every nightstand has plugs + USB phone charger)
BR 1: One King bed (Master bedroom)
BR 2: One Queen bed
BR 3: One Queen bed
BR 4: Two Twins (daybed + trundle)
(Extra sleeping for 10 total with two super comfy, Twin XL tri-fold mattresses)
Take the beautiful, winding staircase to the second level.
-Master Bedroom Suite: A large room with seating area, custom stone fireplace, smart TV and new king sized mattress and furniture. Continue to your private deck apart from the rest of the house for morning coffee and evening wine. A large bathroom with walk in shower completes the Suite.
On the other side of the staircase landing is:
-Large bathroom with tiled shower, jetted tub.
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, closet.
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed, dresser, closet.
-Second Level Common Space "Reading Nook" and desk+chair for slipping away for some work. Large windows invite the outdoors in for a peaceful retreat.
** WATERFRONT **
Our property is deeded Waterfront access with a BRAND NEW dock on the river just steps from the property. From the dock, it is a very short and gentle paddle to Lake Bellaire (feel free to use our 5 kayaks)! You can dock up to 2 boats as well- drop your boat in at the easily accessible Ohio Street public boat launch or Riverside Marina. Take the short river to beautiful Lake Bellaire and go further to Clam Lake and Torch Lake.
** HIKING/BIKING **
-Glacial Hills is just outside of town (5 mins) and has some of the best mountain biking in the state!
-Grass River Natural Area (10 mins) will make you wonder why you don't live up here.
