« I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer. But everything looked care for and in working order. The kitchen had everything you needed. I loved that the bedroom and the living room had a tv with many channels and apps. The balcony...

« The place was comfortable and for the most part quiet. Was inconvenient not having a sink in bathroom.The refrigerator, when running, is not a pleasant sound. Resembles someone breathing. Ran the box fan to mask the sound.We enjoyed exploring the hiking trails on premises. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the property, but I highly recommend that the owner renovates some portions of the property. In particular some of the inside stairs seem to be close to failure and could lead to serious injuries. Similarly, the entire dock seems to be in disrepair and is littered with dangerous elements, especially for anyone who may have just climbed out of the water and may be a little wet. Please make some upgrades to keep the property a safe place to visit »
