"Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gab ein paar "Schwächen", aber weil alles insgesamt echt top war, keine Abzüge: es gibt kein WLAN-Passwort und der Tiefgaragenplatz ist nicht groß genug für einen Bus, was in unserem Fall bedeutete, im nächsten Ort zu parken. Die Treppe zum Fahrradkeller ist so eng und steil, dass wir diesen nicht genutzt haben und die Räder auf der Straße abgestellt haben."

Blankenberge hat uns gut gefallen (ausgenommen die schwierige bzw. teure Parksituation), Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants, der Markt wie auch der Bahnhof sind von der Wohnung aus fußläufig zu erreichen, und der Strand ist herrlich. "The host Christiane made us very welcome, suggesting several interesting local events. She went out of her way to find us a local vet for our dogs checkup prior to our return home. The ground floor apartment was ideal, warm and comfortable in a perfect location not only for the beautiful coast and beaches (10 mins walk) but also for the city of Brugge (25 mins drive), so much to see and do in this fascinating area. Sorry we had to leave and can’t wait to visit again. Would heartily recommend...

"Great place and super convenient to get to the see side. One recommendation would be to add a small deep freezer compartment which is missing from the current fridge, particularly when you stay for a couple of days. "

"Es war toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem eingerichtet und hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Und diese Ruhe. Einmalig. Man braucht nur ein paar Schritte und schon ist man am Meer. De Panne ist auch im Winter sehr sehenswert. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto, aber bis zum fabelhaften Delhaize sind es nur 2,5 Km. Da wollen wir wieder hin."

"We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it."
