The house itself was clean, comfortable and really a nurturing space. We could walk to the sea (which we did so many times!), walk to Down Shift Coffee and all of downtown Belfast, and the house was full of light and everything we needed. Erica was immediately responsive on everything--their fairly new fridge broke, for example, and within an hour we had a bar fridge and the next day a new one delivered, which is difficult to organize but Erica did it. We had a heat wave, and extra fans magically appeared to support us in the heat. I mention these because you know how a host and place truly is when things go awry, and wow did Erica prove her skill and heart as a host. We would stay here above any other place, forever! It was our best family holiday. And my little dog adored it! ##### Niki T.
