« The property is old but mostly clean. Unfortunately it was not as advertised. I specifically needed enough beds for four people. I reserved a room that advertised a king bed and queen futon. There was a king bed but no futon. There was a queen air mattress… They sold me the room with a “made to order full breakfast”. Apparently that’s only on the weekends. Unfortunately false advertising. I would have booked elsewhere had I known there was NOT 2 beds. And NOT a full breakfast. »

« We had a wonderful weekend get away! Three couples enjoying each others company. Plenty of space, very clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Over all a perfect place to stay! We attended the Tall Pines ATV parks winter run. We were able to ride our machines right from the house! Only took 5 minutes! Samantha was an amazing host! »

« What a stunningly beautiful place to stay! The house is beautifully maintained and just emits a sense of history and tradition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area. »
