"Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...

"A very cute and cozy room. Perfect for us to stay and enjoy all the basketball games! Just a few issues with the unit. Dust on the fan and on vents. The bed needs replaced. I informed the host and have no doubt that they took care of it after we left as requested. It's very quiet and in a safe area. Walking distance to everything. It doesn't have free parking it can request a spot in the garage. Highly recommend!care i"

"This was all the space we needed for a quick stay, but maybe not the place to go if it’s a busy weekend with quick turnarounds expected. We asked when booking if we could check in an hour early, which was approved, and then again the week of stay, which was confirmed. However, shortly before we planned to check in we were informed by the host that he had not heard from his cleaners We then waited to hear back, but decided to check in at the normal time (4pm).
