The Oustal Armand will seduce you with its rustic style, its old beams, its exposed stones, offering you the typical charm of a Quercy house. The marriage of stone and wood suggests a cozy atmosphere by the fireside. The house backs onto gite 46G10204 and adjoins the owners' house, along a small side road. Located in a pretty village in the south of the Lot, near Limogne en Quercy and its famous market, Tarn et Garonne and Aveyron, you will appreciate the places to enjoy the surrounding calm, nature through a few walks and major Midi-Pyrénées sites. Possibility of rental for groups (12 people) with the gîte 46G10204. Possibility of communication between the two gites. On the ground floor, dining room/kitchen area/lounge area, fireplace, separate wc. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 1.40m beds, 1 0.90m bed, 1 cot) and possibility of an extra bed, shower room, 1 separate toilet. Electric heating. Washing machine in a laundry room shared with the customers of another gite, parasol, deck chairs, unfenced and non-adjoining land of 700m2.
