« Nice unit with great view! »

« Stayed here to visit family. Building 3 is the farthest from the beach and pool but not too bad. This is a small beach and it can be kind of mucky. The second day was better probably because we stirred it up. There are a lot of leaves and grass in the water. Niece said it was a grass flat. BUT there is sand and sea water. Pool is really nice. The king bed in the room is pretty high. Shell’s seafood restaurant is worth the drive!! All the sinks had hand soap and dish soap in the kitchen. There...

« We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars! »

« We were very impressed with the property. Never using a VRBO before we didn’t quite know the process but it went very smoothly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The people on the property were all very friendly. Would absolutely stay again if in the area. »

« Perfect location, close parking, elevator and cart to unload baggage — the condo has a beautiful sunset view over the water. The clubhouse has a great workout facility, tennis courts, pool table, pool, etc., everything you could want. »

« We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again. »
