« When booking was giving the first room , there was roaches everywhere and tub was dirty. Complained about it couldn't get a refund so was giving another room which was a smoking room that was only available the smell was horrible the walls were filthy even the sheets had stains over em like blood stains even on the mattress. Didn't sleep under the blankets brought my own blankets 0/10 do not recommend »

« ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED! Took videos and pictures. Got this hotel for the hot tub and EWYUCKKK ! Completely dirty ! then the shower in the bathroom was also nasty not clean same for tables . Black residue was everywhere . We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies. »
