« Our room was completely unclean. The surfaces were sticky and there was first and stains all over the walls. The beds had brown and orange stains all over the sheets and mattress. Additionally, there was evidence of there possibly being bedbugs such as small bite stains and bugs around the room. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, stained, and the building as a whole had seen far better days. The staff were locked behind a dividing door and window and often not present at the office. »

« ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED! Took videos and pictures. Got this hotel for the hot tub and EWYUCKKK ! Completely dirty ! then the shower in the bathroom was also nasty not clean same for tables . Black residue was everywhere . We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies. »
