"We had a large group (16) that stayed for an ice fishing trip. Everything was as advertised and communication was great. We did have a few unexpected issues with the property but Mark was responsive and we understand things happen. The one bunk room/game room is in a separate building fyi but that was obvious to us. Lots of room for our group and our time together for breakfasts and dinners was easy in the large kitchen/dining/living room space. The beds were obviously newer and most of us loved them, but a few thought they were firm fyi. The Sauna, Hot tub, game room, large tvs, and multiple spaces to gather made our evenings off the ice enjoyable. For reference if ice fishing, access from the property is easy by snowmobile, (depending on snow coverage of course). The info book and labeling around the place is excellent and helpful. Summers here look like they would be fun too. Would definitely consider booking again for a family event or another getaway. "

"This was a great place for our small family gathering. The open floor layout of the main room was ideal for chatting while cooking and the comfort of the beds ideal for resting after a long day chatting and cooking. We were there in the winter so didn't avail ourselves of the beautiful outdoor areas, but we dreamed of coming back in the summer and doing just that. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a great time! House was big and was very clean. Plenty of room for us all to sit and move around. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Loved the town of Cross Lake, cute shops and good restaurants nearby. Weather was too cold and windy to use the lake very much, but the view of the water was very nice. We had a great time, would definitely come back again. "

"I do not recommend that holiday home, the attitude is terrible, there are rodents running around on the roof and along the walls, and there are a lot of them, we did not sleep well there, we left the building early for 4 nights, we needed to return earlier, they refused us. Let them be on their conscience,"

"Lake was amazing! Shallow and sandy bottom, great fishing, peaceful. The weather was perfect and every night had a different but beautiful sunset. The house was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for family. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of appliances and extras. Sunroom was perfect for game nights and afternoon naps. Hope we can have another fun filled time again very soon! The owners were the best at making sure to keep the communication going and answered our questions immediately!"
