Needs reapirs, grouds need attention, has plenty of parking, has major ant problem. Property needs more outdoor lighting and security. The best thing is the location and the view. It's one of the last remaining original structures in the area, circa mid-1930's. While it's quaint, it's also quite in need of at a min. a ton of TLC, if not a complete teardown and rebuild, like most every other property in the area has already had. Super small bedrooms, beds, little to no closet / storage space upstairs, small kitchen with no dishwasher, wavy floors, cattywampus staircase leading down to the downstairs (only accessible from the outside), lots of spiders all over, etc.If you are looking for a place that is a throwback to your parents old lake vacation home, this is your place. Just like the owner said, it is the best on the lake. House was fun and funky, but fit our group of 9 perfectly with room to spare. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was two kitchens, on down stairs and one upstairs. We didn’t have to leave the property to fish. They have a dock to fish from.
