"Our room had an odor to it stemming from the bathroom. The toilet tank was loose where it connects to the toilet bowl. We believe the seal needs to be replaced & properly tightened. We arrived late & left early each day of our stay, & did not want the hassle to change rooms. Keeping the bathroom door closed helped."

"Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience for me. It is an old house sitting amongst commercial property. There is an old service station next-door that I don’t think was even in operation. The rooms were very exposed, and I was staying by myself so I found somewhere else to stay. I had booked 7 nights and didn’t stay tat the home at all. I requested a partial refund but was declined. I tried again to get even just 2 of the 7 nights refunded but was declined again. They did refund the cleaning fee since the place was untouched. "

"We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. They attempted to contact her and said she was on her way, but we needed to get on our way. We went back to our rooms to finish getting ready and when we left 45 minutes later they still had not opened for breakfast. We were very disappointed as "breakfast included" is something we look for in our hotel stay and the staff didn't make any attempt to make it right other than apologize. "
