2834 Indian Trail - Tastefully Decorated and Updated Contemporary 2 story home built in 1992 with a shallow basement with a cement floor and attached 2 car garage for extra parking.

The home features Pella Windows and Patio Doors, New Roof in 2015, New Carrier Furnace and Central Air in 2016, New Hardwood Flooring in All Bedrooms, Loft and Hallway, New Quartz Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Sink, Faucett, Stainless Steel Double Wall Oven and Microwave. Plates, Glasses, Cups, Silverware, Cookware, Coffee Pot and Toaster Included. Refrigerator, Dishwasher and New Washer and Dryer. Hardwood Floors Throughout. 4 Large Bedrooms including the Loft with Two Long Single Beds and Two Skylights.

The home features Two Full Ceramic Tile Baths Upstairs including a Master Bath with a Large Walk Thru Closet and a Balcony overlooking the Lake accessed by a Pella Patio Door in the Master Bedroom. The Other 3 Bedrooms contain 5 New 12 inch Pillow Top Queen Size Beds with All Sheets, Pillows, Pillow Cases, Blankets and Bedspreads Furnished. There is a New Queen Size Lazyboy Sleeper Sofa in the Living room in front of the Natural Brick Fireplace and the 50 inch TV which boost the sleeping capacity to 16 persons. Most of the Light Fixtures and Fausetts are being replaced and the fresh painting is just being completed.

There is a 1/2 Bath on the First Floor and a Large Coat Closet plus more storage in the Laundry Room and Garage. Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Wash Cloths are Furnished, Please Bring your own Beach Towels if desired. There are 6 padded Bar Stools at the Snack Bar and a NEW Large rectangular wooden table with 6 chairs, 10 New aluminum framed outdoor stacking chairs are provided for use around the campfire pit or deck. T

here is also a 7 foot rectangular redwood patio table on the Large Lakeside Deck with 6 very sturdy chairs and a NEW Aluminum Framed Octagon Patio Table with 6 chairs both Patio Tables have NEW Matching Blue Umbrellas, Also a Newer Weber Gas Grill. There is parking for 6 vehicles including 2 in the garage and additional parking at owners home nearby.

Use of a 14 foot Aluminum Boat with a New 20 HP 4 Stroke Electric Start Outboard Motor, 2 Kayaks, 4 Paddle Boards and a light weight canoe is included with rental in season. Wade or Swim in the Shallow Swimming Area in front of this Property. This Property is Very Near the Popular Baseline Lake Sand Bar that is enjoyed by many residents and boaters on the Portage Chain of 7 Lakes. Best Fishing in Livingston County. You can also visit Zukey Lake Tavern for Lunch or Dinner By Boat.

Pontoon Boat Rentals are available at Wonderland Marina. There is FREE Docking Space if you want to bring a Boat while renting this home, Boating Life Jackets Provided FREE of Charge. The house was clean and lovely; the lake was beautiful. The owner, Joe, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards, and the kids had lots of fun playing in the water. It was a wonderful place for a family vacation!

Beautiful home

Lovely home on the lake, ducks and swans. Chilly fall weather, but tables and chairs ava on patio. We were a group of senior folks, so had a bit of adjustment with no shoes inside - wear slippers with treads, not just socks. Home fully accommodating with large supply of towels, etc. thank you, Joseph,.well built, lovely home!

Weekend at the lake

Beautiful site right on the lake. We were in town for a local wedding and the house was perfect for the 10 of us. The littles were excited about sleeping in the loft space. The beds were comfortable, and things were clean. Plenty of space for everyone. The older kids enjoyed an evening fire in the firepit. The neighborhood was quiet, and we walked the area streets and felt very safe. We wouldn't mind coming back when we can enjoy the lake activities.

Beautiful lake area, nice neighbors, and great family friendly floor plan. Best for folks who can climb stairs easily as all bdrms are upstairs and steps are hardwood and felt slightly steep. Nice place place

We had a great time at the Baseline Lake house. We had plenty of towels, the kids loved using the paddle boards and kayaks and the fishing was great! The owner is very easy to work with.

The outdoor area needed was not well maintained, weeds throughout the property and not a very big yard for the kids to play. The water was very weedy, not good for swimming. We arrived and the owner said we could rake the weeds out if we wanted, so we spent hours raking so the kids could swim. He never came back to clean up the piles of seaweed as he promised. We were also guaranteed a pontoon rental from him when we booked, but the week before we were notified it wasn’t working. The house itself was fine. The kitchen was lacking in supplies. Had issues connecting to the WiFi initially, wrong passwords were provided in a few spots but correct one as located on the modem which was in a difficult to locate place. The lake itself is nice, you can find good swimming in the deep spots but not in front of the house. I wouldn’t recommend the rental if you plan to swim off the dock.

Nice Place

Home was clean and well stocked. Was able to launch my boat at local DNR boat launch and tie to dock for my stay. Parking is very limited, but was able to make it work by disconnecting trailer from vehicle and moving aside. Overall not a bad place to rent for a family vacation close to my home.

It was a beautiful property to stay on! The only downside was the AC broke and it was 90 degrees all weekend so the inside of the house was 80 degrees both nights so it was a bit challenging to sleep.

Simply Amazing! A++ Experience

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The property is lake front, perfect 3 ft sandy depth for kids to play all day long. Kids really enjoyed kayaking while the dads enjoyed the aluminum fishing boat. Property is clean with all the amentities needed. The owner is super friendly and is only a call away if needed. I would recommend to all families looking for that upnorth feel without the long drive. We have rented through vrbo for close to 10 years and this is the best one we have been to yet! Thank you Joe, we will be in touch again for sure!

Fantastic Stay

We came to this property for an event nearby and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The home was clean and cozy and our host communicated everything we should know about our stay. We had a lot of fun enjoying the lake and kayaks provided! Would definitely recommend to friends and other guests who are looking for a relaxing home away from home.

Only negatives are couldn't change the thermostat (it was really cold in the house) and didn't respond to texts. We had neighbors come yes at us that we were using their dock. We were just standing there and got hollered at!! So awkward!
