"I had chosen the room based on the pictures for the single room, Bayview. The inside pictures were correct; it was a lovely living room and bedroom. However, the pictures of The Bay View were not even close to the view we got. Elsewhere on the resort you could see the bay but from our unit all we could see was the outside stairwell. It was very disappointing because I had booked for two nights planning to sit and sip our coffee while enjoying our lovely View. I did call the Inn's phone number, and they were willing to relocate us to another room. However, we would not have a nice living room, and all of our stuff was already unloaded into this room. I did request that they changed the pictures of The Bay View so that others would not be deceived. It also seemed from the photos that we might have access to a kitchen area as a common area but that was not the case. The location of this Inn was so convenient to the old town of Bandon, easy scenic walking areas, excellent little shops and restaurants all nearby. "

"I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful! "
