Coastal Botanical Suite

This unique coastal suite has a style all its own. Overlooks the botanical garden. Brand new renovations, complete overhaul. One bedroom separate/private space with bathroom, kitchen, living room, large windows. Fresh, clean, and cozy!

Please see House Manual and House Rules prior to booking. The space has a shared back yard and laundry is available *on request* with priority given to cleaners and residents.

Any long-term stays (over 2 days) we cannot offer a refund after booking.
THESE ARE OUR HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE PREMISES. IF SMOKING IS DETECTED, GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A $300 FINE AND THEIR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED.

2. NO PARTYING ALLOWED (FINE OF $500)

3. PETS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT; A $250 FINE WILL BE APPLIED IF Caught WITH UNAUTHORIZED PET or excessive pet fur/dirt from pet. No unattended pets. Longer term stays may be subject to an additional pet deposit depending on the situation--please send clear communication on booking of what type of pets are being brought onto premises, behavior information as there are shared spaces, and any special considerations. Some types of animals may be turned down from hosting depending on the circumstances and respect for other people on site.

4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (to avoid cancellation or extra fees), all occupants must be listed on the reservation).

5. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 p.m. TO 7:00 a.m.

Please do your dishes. If shoes are worn inside dust them off on mats outside. Respect privacy and atmosphere of the house as will yours be respected. Do not lock the bottom handle lock on the front door as it locks out other tenants. Make sure to properly dispose of food. Excess dirt, debris, fur and damages will result in an additional fee depending on the severity.
