Staff were outstanding, friendly. Food was great. The setting is fantastic. The facility was is very good condition (a few rough spots). Our only very minor observation and suggestion: the coffee tasted like dishwater. Offer a darker roast and/or upgrade the coffee. Offer a darker roast option for the Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Glen House! L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, juste au pied des montagnes, avec une vue exceptionnelle. L’hôtel est très chaleureux, propre et confortable, et le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Great family get away. Nice calm kayaking on the old saco river was beautiful. Pete and Sandi were great at making everything perfect. They even made a bond fire for the kids to grill some marshmallows, they loved it! Thank you for a great experience!!! We definitely recommend it.

Beautiful cabins

Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Seulement le divan lit qui n'était pas confortable. Un vrai matelas serait beaucoup mieux.

We stayed in Bear Cabin for 3 nights and it was a great experience. All facilities was clean, and as it was showed on pictures. Alex and Aaron are good hosts and they did well communication. They live in the next cabin it's about 70m, they did warm welcome on arrival and checking we were alright at check out time. We were 7 adults, and there was enough room to sleep but remember this is small cabin. Our plan was to explore the nature around and come back for BBQ and sleep. The host will...

Lovely fall decorations on main lobby along with cookies and apple cider! Lovely hotel

We stayed in the main building on the third floor. The room was clean and cozy. We read the reviews on the excellent food and they were bang on. We took a walk along the river across the street and we're pleasantly surprised by the beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Only caution would be to anyone who can't do stairs. Ask for a room on the main floor as I didn't notice any elevators. We will go back for sure.
