« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« Lovely stay in Diamond Bay, unfortunately the weather didn’t let us enjoy the fabulous view as much as we would have like, but it was still a magic view sitting watching the world go by. It was a bit of a drive into Christchurch, but the house had everything we needed for us as a combined family. The house heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great experience showering with a view within the master ensuite. »
