"This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning! Definitely would stay here again but ask for a room in the actual house. Our room was located in adjacent to the house which was still nice but probably nicier if you get to stay in the house. There are no elevators so you need to be able to carry your luggage up a flight. Excellent B&B"

"As life-long Mainers vacationing in old stomping grounds, I can say with 100% authority that if you are looking for the true Maine-camp-on-the-coast, "Blueberries For Sal" vacation experience, this is your place. It reminded all of us of beloved camps belonging to our own grandparents here in Maine and gave us a sense of nostalgia for summers long gone by. Fortunately, THIS camp (as opposed to the ones we grew up with) does come with indoor plumbing, a refrigerator instead of an icebox, and an electric stove in the kitchen rather than a wood-fired one, and we weren't at all sad about that. We were also thankful that there was Wi-Fi available. The one potential downside is that there is no AC here, so set your expectations accordingly and bring your box fans. You're going to be spending your time on the gorgeous and enormous porch anyway. This is not a house for guests with mobility issues, but it is a fantastic experience for big groups who know what it means to be "upta camp" in Maine. Easy to get to, the directions for entry were super clear, and although checkout was earlier than we were used to (10am rather than 11), the cleanup requirements were entirely reasonable. There is no dishwasher on site (that we found) and we couldn't find detergent for the washer, so we did our best with those asks. Overall, a lovely stay!"
