« Very clean »

« The back door lock was broken and anyone could enter the building. Did not feel that was safe. The room was stuffy, along with the entire building. I was told it was a newer building in last year, but seems it was an older building with a possible upgrade in last year. The bed was VERY comfortable! The room was very clean. Once we got it cooled off, our night was good, however, we weren't able to stay long, just really a good quick sleep and shower, which was good also. The staff was very kind...

« Unfortunately, our experience started off very poorly. The key cards for the first room we were assigned would not work, so we had to return to the front desk and were assigned a second room. When we entered that room, we found what appeared to be extensive mold or mildew along the baseboards as well as white fuzzy/powdery growth on the furniture. It was concerning enough that we were not comfortable staying in the room. I will give credit to the desk clerk for taking our concerns seriously....

« We paid for the suite for a king size bed and non-smoking room. When we checked in the room was hot and the air was not blowing cold air. We were then moved to a 2nd room and the room was hot but after they turned the air on it had colder air. We were then moved to a 3rd room with 2 queen beds that was already cooled down and the air worked all night thankfully. The cleanliness of the tub was not great and water was slow to drain. It sounds like we weren't the only ones having trouble with hot...

« Magnifique hôtel. Le bâtiment est celui d'une ancienne école en briques rouges. Tout est neuf, dans un esprit industriel. La chambre est vraiment superbe, excellente literie, parquet au sol, salle de bain moderne avec une immense douche. Le rapport qualité/ prix est top. Une adresse a garder »
