"We were warmly welcomed by Chuck -- who went out of his way to accommodate us with a room that is away from traffic as our dogs are a little bit reactive to noise. He was ever so pleasant and helpful! The hotel is fun, the room was spotless, and we are going to look for Tru as a go-to for future travel. One thing that could use improvement is the breakfast. The yogurt machine and the pancake machine were not working, the bread selection was slim (white, white, or a white bagel), and the scrambled eggs were tepid warm and sitting in some water in the serving dish. Thanks!"
