We are offering this lovely country house with a swimming pool for rent in Barjac, between the Gard and the Ardèche. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate families of up to 10 people. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a games room.
You’ll be able to enjoy a large, open, natural space in a peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Upstairs living area:
- A 60 m² living area with dining room, lounge and TV corner (with a wood-burning insert for winter) opening onto a large, perfectly exposed terrace with a stunning view over the Ribaute plain.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker…

Upstairs sleeping area:
- Violette bedroom: one double bed, two single beds (190x90) on a mezzanine, a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a toilet. It is accessible via the covered terrace.
- Blanche bedroom: one double bed
- Verte bedroom: one double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine (190x90)
- A shower room with a walk-in shower and a washing machine
- A separate toilet

Games area on the ground floor:
- A games room with a table tennis table

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a bread oven for grilling (for fire safety reasons, the ashes are left in the oven), a washing machine, fans, an iron and ironing board…
On request: travel cot, changing table, baby bouncer, baby bath, baby monitor

Outdoors:
- A private (unheated) swimming pool measuring 9x5 m, open from May to October (opening dates are subject to change)
- A beautiful, unfenced natural area of approximately 1,500 m²
- A covered terrace of approximately 30 m², with a large table and a bench for al fresco dining
- A south-facing terrace of approximately 65 m², with furniture to enjoy every moment of the day

The house is ideally situated 4 km from Barjac, in a very pleasant setting on the edge of a forest, amongst vineyards, fields and a sheepfold. Very quiet and with no neighbours, this natural area does not yet have optimal mobile coverage (a ‘grey area’), allowing you to fully recharge your batteries. However, there is internet access and a landline in the house.
You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Sports activities:
- Table tennis, pétanque, ball games
- Numerous walks and hikes starting from the house, on foot, by bike or mountain bike, with an extensive network of forest paths and country lanes…
- Canoeing and kayaking trips down the Ardèche, Chassezac and Cèze gorges

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
- Children swimming in the pool must be supervised by a parent, and a liability waiver must be signed with the Concierge Service. The pool’s opening dates are subject to change.
