"Die Villa Alta entspricht exakt den tollen Bildern und der Beschreibung- und Ivana ist die perfekte Gastgeberin! Ein super Haus für eine Familie, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte- absolut super geeignet für Hundebesitzer aufgrund des umschlossenen Grundstücks! Noch ein kleiner Tipp- die nächsten Supermärkte sind ein bisschen weiter entfernt- also am besten einmal einen Großeinkauf machen;-)"

"We have just returned from an enjoyable 10 night stay in the villa. The villa was excellent and we found it as described. The pool is a real highlight and provided welcome relief from the daytime heat. The villa is in a quieter location and the reward for this is expansive views of the surrounding countryside. Kristian was an excellent host who provided clear arrival instructions and who cleaned the pool twice during our stay."

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Villa bei Barban und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unglaublich nette und herzliche Vermieter, der uns mit vielen liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht hat. Zur Begrüßung gab es Willkommensgetränke, zur Mitte unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir mit einem typisch kroatischen Frühstück verwöhnt und zum Abschied gab es sogar noch ein kleines Geschenk. Diese Gastfreundschaft war wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.Die Villa selbst bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre und ist ideal für mehrere Familien oder eine größere Gruppe. Besonders praktisch ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt – so hat jeder seinen persönlichen Rückzugsort.Der Pool war bei den warmen Temperaturen natürlich ein absolutes Highlight und sorgte jederzeit für eine angenehme Abkühlung. Für Unterhaltung war ebenfalls bestens gesorgt: Im separaten Poolhaus gibt es Kicker, Tischtennis und Billard – hier hatten sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene jede Menge Spaß und Action.Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von Barban aus erreicht man viele der schönsten und wichtigsten Orte Istriens problemlos, sodass sich die Villa perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge eignet.Fazit: Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, viel Privatsphäre, ein toller Pool, jede Menge Freizeitmöglichkeiten und vor allem ein Vermieter, bei dem man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt."

"Die Begrüßung von Sanja und dem Schwiegervater Mario, war sehr herzlich. Es gab ein leckeren selbstgemachten Likör und selbst gebackenen Kuchen , sooo lieb. Das Haus und der Pool war wie beschrieben, sehr ,sehr schön und sauber. Ideal für uns als Familie mit Enkelkind und einem Hund. Der Kühlschrank stieß an seine Grenzen, ein zweiter Kühlschrank wäre eine tolle Ergänzung für die Zukunft. Sonst ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen."
