Villa Ivka is a charming vacation house where you will spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The villa was built in 1890\. and renovated in 2015\. During the renovation, the charm of the old days was kept and at the same time adapted to the needs of a modern day visitor. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs, a toilet with a washing machine and a playground for our most important guests and their parents, equipped with foosball and darts. If you want to drink the first morning coffee with the relaxing sound of the birds, there is a terrace that can be entered from the upper floor room or from an outside staircase. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool. The yard has two parking spaces. The yard is also completely fenced and offers complete privacy! If you want to explore all the charm of the beautiful and picturesque Istria, the location of the villa allows you to quickly reach all the areas, which you can also visit by bicycle when driving on local roads with very little traffic. Wir waren zu siebt dort und hatten trotzdem ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und entspricht genau den Bildern, die man vorher zu Gesicht bekommt. Im Haus sind alle Dinge vorhanden, die man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Vor allem der Pool hatte es den Kindern angetan. Auch darüber hinaus sind genug andere Möglichkeiten, wie Tischkicker, Dartscheibe etc. vorhanden, um auch mal einen Tag im Haus zu verbringen. Der Vermieter, Alen und sein Vater haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren die Zeit über den Urlaub immer für Tipps und Rückfragen erreichbar. Generell war die Kommunikation mit Alen überaus freundlich, so dass man sich auch mal so über andere Dinge unterhalten konnte. Die Lage ist in einem kleinen Dorf etwas abseits der Straßen, so dass man dadurch absolute Ruhe hat. Bedingt dadurch sollte man aber mindestens 30-45 Minuten einfach mit dem Auto einplanen, wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte. In Pula ist man in ca. 45 Minuten, dort findet man alle größeren Einkaufsmärkte. Ansonsten kann man im Umkreis von ca. 20 Minuten auch in kleineren Läden einkaufen gehen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ##### Johannes K. Der Vermieter Alen und sein Vater Mario haben uns sehr nett begrüßt und waren unaufdringlich da, wenn es Fragen oder Problemchen gab. Mario wohnt zwei Häuser weiter und spricht auch Deutsch. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit eigenem Wein, Tomaten und Kartoffeln versorgt. Durch den Komfort des bestens ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Hauses, den Salzwasserpool und die anderen Spielemöglichkeiten wie einen Tischkicker kann man sehr schöne „Pooltage“ verbringen. Aufgrund der Lage in einem kleinen abseits gelegenen Weiler gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Allenfalls waren die Nachbarn bei der Kartoffelernte oder eine Ziegenherde zu hören. Die Küste und die Strände waren in etwa einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wasserschuhe und gepolsterte Unterlagen sind aber zu empfehlen. Wer ab und zu mehr Zivilisation (und Touristen) braucht, wird in Pula oder auch Rovinj fündig. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Tour entlang der Steilküste nach Opatija. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus beste Bedingung für einen tollen Urlaub geboten. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. ##### Cornelia B. Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Weiler, der aus 4 - 5 Häusern besteht. Die Bewohner der Häuser bewirtschaften die umliegenden Wiesen und Gärten, sodass es dadurch ab und zu Mal zu Geräuschentwicklungen gekommen ist. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört, weil es tatsächlich auch recht selten war. Im Ort, ca. 500m entfernt gibt es einen Dorfladen, der Vormittags geöffnet ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind in den Städten Labin und Pula, jeweils ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt, vorhanden. Das gilt auch für die Strände an der West- und Ostküste Istrirens. Die Eltern des Vermieters wohnen 2 Häuser weiter. Der Vater spricht sogar ein wenig Deutsch. Beide sind sehr gastfreundlich, ohne Aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist komplett und absolut Hundesicher eingezäunt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ##### Thomas W. Wir wurden super von Alen empfangen (Kleiner Schnaps). Das Haus ist modern und sehr sauber. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Pool war sauber und das Salzwasser war sehr angenehm. Wir empfanden es besser als Chlorwasser. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Das Haus liegt relativ abgelegen, ist umzäunt, bietet genug Privatsphäre. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 20 min. Nach Osten und nach Westen. Im Osten kann man gut Fisch und Meeresfrüchte genießen. Im Westen eher Fleisch z.B. Spanferkel. Sowie zum Baden gut. Unser Geheimtipp für Adrenalin: der Glavani Park! Ca.3 min. Zum Schnorcheln: laut Google "wild beach" hinter Luka Krnica. Quiet environment with outstanding villa. We really enjoyed a week in Sajini. Air conditioned rooms and nice pool were appreciated in a hot weather. We were welcomed warmly by Alan, and greeted with homemade wine and grappa! He made us feel totally welcome and at home. The villa itself is beautiful and bright. Its location is perfect. We didn't have the best of weather but pula has a lot to offer for those rainy days, which meant not a single day was wasted. Nach der langen Fahrt wurden wir von dem Besitzer Alen und seinem Vater sehr herzlich Empfangen. Der erste Eindruck der Villa war super! Sie sieht genauso toll aus, wie auf den Bildern. Für uns stand eine Karaffe Wein und eine Wurst/ Käseplatte bereit. Eine sehr nette Geste! Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder von Alens Vater Mario mit Leckereien aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt! Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch groß genug. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte.Wer Ruhe und Erholung vom stressigen Alltag sucht ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für die tolle Zeit und vor allem für die Gastfreundschaft!
